At The Age Less Clinic & General Practice, your health and safety are our top priority. To ensure we provide the best possible care, all consultations take place within the clinic or via telehealth.

We do not provide home visits or other off-site visits. This allows us to ensure:

· Access to the full range of medical equipment and facilities,

· A safe and controlled environment for patients and staff,

· High-quality and consistent standards of care.

How You Can Access Care

1. In-Clinic Appointments

· Book a consultation with your preferred GP by calling 6288 0514or booking online.

· Same-day appointments may be available for urgent but non-emergency issues.

2. Telehealth Consultations

· Video or telephone consultations are available for suitable medical concerns.

· Please ask reception whether your appointment is eligible for telehealth.

3. When Urgent or Emergency Care Is Needed

· If you are experiencing a medical emergency (such as chest pain, severe bleeding, or collapse), please call  000 or attend the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.

· For after-hours care, you may contact:

o GP After Hours Mount Lawley on 9370 4200 for an appointment (see hours)

o Dial-a-Doctor on 1300 030 030 for home visits

o Healthdirect on 1800 022 222 for 24-hour medical advice, or 

Need Help Getting Here?

If attending the clinic is difficult due to mobility or transport issues, please speak with our reception staff. We can help by:

· Arranging telehealth where suitable,

· Providing information about community transport services or support agencies.
